'Shogun Macbeth' Returns to Open Pan Asian Rep Season in NYC

My sister went to Scripps in Claremont, and when she went there, they did a Macbeth which incorporated Kabuki. Now, this sounded like a really cool idea, but in the end, it just seemed like the Kabuki elements were tacked on top of the rest of the play. I'd be interested to see how well/not so well this company incorporates their Asian theatrical genres into Macbeth. It's certainly a challenge.
