4 actors injured when scenic stairs collapse
Backstage at BackstageJobs.com: "Four actors received minor injuries when the staircase they were standing on collapsed during a photo call for their show. The accident occurred July 31st at Ashland Community and Technical College in Ashland, KY, on the set of the school’s production of Sweeny Todd. Three of the injured were adults, while one was under the age of 18. The final performances, that had been scheduled for this weekend, were canceled as a result of the accident."
