I think that it is important to step back every once and a while and give those questions a try. I for one, know that although my schedule is busy, I do have more time than I put to use. Often I still find myself looking back on a project realizing there were many better (not to mention more in advance) approaches to reach my goal, and that is something I am still struggling with. Assessing yourself gets you to come out of the shadows, accept your failures, and maybe even improve. I do not agree with all of the questions listed here, but I think just opening the doors to this reflection is important enough.
