Taking PDF printouts with CutePDF!
Daily Autocad: "I am hung up on small but useful programs nowadays. I will mention Foxit Reader to read your PDF files. Yet, I am not using this program to get PDF printouts. The best result in Windows XP operating system can be obtained by CutePDF."

I will definitely try this program being that PDF print outs are a pain. Everytime I have to print a PDF I have to go to Cyert since Trogdor hates PDF print outs.
I haven't used CutePDF for long, but I've seen a couple of people used it for a while. And they seemed to like it. I've only used the PDF Creator so far and I never had a problem with it. Either one, PDF converter is just one of those things that you don't realize how much you need it until you don't have it. It happened to me when I first got the desktop computer and realized I had to install some kind of converter.
PDFs are awesome. I agree with Jeannie in that you really don't know how much you use/need them to make your life easier until you don't have it. I have a mac so I can easily make PDFs but whenever I use a PC that doesn't have Adobe it's such a pain to make sure things print how I want them to.
I have never had a problem with Trogdor printing pdfs, but I do find it irritating to have to come to campus in order to put my work into the right format for submission. I do remember attempting something like this before, but I probably lost interest too soon. Now that it is on my mind again, I will be sure to attempt it next time it is convenient. Seems like people like it enough.
I like sending PDFs to people because it is a document type that is widely used and accepted. As for this pdf printer tool, Microsoft Office 2007 has a built-in printer already and I like using that. Autocad itself already has a pdf converter build in and it is very handy. I also know that Macs already have a built-in print to pdf function, so you don't have to install anything else. Other programs should get a built-in pdf print function as well, but this tool will be handy until that happens.
