I liked this article and found it pretty informative however I disagree with the TV part. While it is probably not best to stare at your computer screen before bed I find that watching TV for 10 minutes before going to bed helps you clear your mind of all thoughts of the day. I also really like the caffeine nap part since I do that a lot.
