La Jolla Playhouse Moves 2007 Anniversary Gala to Dec. 8 Due to Wildfires
Playbill News: "La Jolla Playhouse has rescheduled its 'Diamonds are Forever!' 2007 Gala — which was to occur Oct. 27 — due to the recent wildfires in San Diego County."

It's really scary to think of all the damages that the fires have caused. There is even a very good chance that one of the fires was started on purpose. They have figured this out because of 5 origins that were strategically placed in areas that would ignite and spread quickly. It's really sad to think there are people who would start this kind of destruction on purpose.
being from california it is just mind blowing how many people here did not know about the fires for a long time. with the ability to recieve information so quickly and the what a big deal it is to all the people in california, you would just assume that more people would know. so i was glad to see that it is on this blog.
