Seven Things That Keep Us From Getting Home on Time
lifehack.org: "Time wasters are often things that we enjoy. They often are the seed of great frustration as well. The frustration manifests at the end of the day when we think, “What did I do today?” or “Why didn’t those things get done?” or “I guess I’ll be here until 8pm so that I’m not late with that project.”"

Some of these are fairly obvious. I don't think it will stop people from doing it. When it is a long day and you are not actively moving, staring at a computer screen for hours will make you crazy. It is good to take small breaks in between as long as you can get your work done.
I am a big waster of time when I dont feel like I have anything to do. When I actually have work to do, I usually keep the time wasters to a minimum and only when I am in need of a break. People waste so much time that can be used for something else more productive. Most of these time waters are things that most anybody does on a weekly basis, if not daily. I deleted all the games off of my computer so I will not spend hours playing them.
