travis is working on this show! i love the fact that we are finally able to contribute to huge shows such as this... i love that the operas in pittsburgh are so accessible. it gives us all a false sense of hope i think in a way that it is just that easy to find it. i would love love love to go see figaro as it has been ages since i've seen an opera, and it was only once at a young age. i am constantly astounded by the grandeur of the designs and productions.

Figaro is one of my all-time favorite opera. I could not get my eyes off from the stage. But I'm sure Travis is sick of hearing any more of the arias from the show. But I have never hated any production of Figaro, so I am kind of excited to hear what they have to offer with this one

So like the first two comments said I am working as a dresser on this show and its great fun for all however, it kinda closed at the byham yesterday however koodos to all who were involver which encludes our own 3rd year grad Erin Rittling who designed the costumes as well as Emily Lippolis who was her assistant and Sam E. who worked on hair and make-up. It was really interesting to see how this particular genre of theatre worked as it was something I had been quite interested in for a long time, it seems like a whole different world at times
