It's always interesting to hear about integration of gov't and the arts. Usually I like to veer away from the two nearing each other, but in this case it seems like they have a nice equilibrium. That the ex-leaders interest can only help the arts instead of hindering it. Granted we are in china, so art is already slightly stifled.
