The issue about the future and the new career of the retired soldier exists all the time. Once they contributed themselves to the country for a couple of time. They might lose contact with the society or get wounded on the war. Then, after retiring from the army they might be wandering at the beginning of coming back to the normal life. IATSE's assistance may offer them one of the directions to restart their new life and career. Besides, marine is probably good at making knots, so they maybe would be interested in the rigger's job.
