In a series of filings with the New York State Supreme Court, Richard Kobak, who performs under the name Joshua Kobak, alleges he was injured while performing in the show, and has petitioned "Spider-Man" producer 8 Legged Prods. to produce documents and other information relating to the injuries and to the computer program and apparatuses that control the show's aerial stunts.

Can we really say we didn't see this coming? We already have the issues with actors getting hurt and then Julie Taymor steps in and adds her lawsuit. With this stuntman looking to the finer details of the stunts involved, it's only a matter of time before he finds something that he can make another lawsuit stick to. Personally, I have never been a big supporter of the Spiderman show, and while it may look spectacular, I do have to say, I think it should have been closed a while ago. With all the injuries and problems within the production, the producers should have entirely rethought the process and intent of the show. Because so fasr, the only thing they have accomplished is breaking a shatteringly large number of bones.
