It's very exciting to see CMU recognized as not only producing great college theatre, but just great theatre in general. I love to know that the school I attend produces some great theatre in all of Pittsburgh, not just among other colleges and educational facilities. Hopefully It really just points out the quality of work and students that this school teaches and produces.

Its great to see Carnegie Mellon School of Drama being recognize for outstanding theatre, not just amongst the other colleges in Pittsburgh, but against all of Pittsburgh's theatre. We must be doing something right to be honored in this manner. Congratulations to all of those still around that worked on the Oresteia Project. Also congrats to our lovely faculty for London Cuckolds. Hopefully, School of Drama will continue to excel in theatre and can be honored for outstanding work in the future.

I think this is also great to see that CMU is being honored. It's good that educational theatre is in the running with that as well. However, I would be very concerned if CMU didn't get any recognition for excellence in this. While it is a learning experience, we better keep doing something right most of the time. Otherwise, there isn't quite as much to gain from experiences.

It is great that CMU has been marked as one of the memorable pieces of theater for the past decade. It's just unfortunate that the writer for the Post-Gazette couldn't get the three faculty names right. Don Wadsworth directed the London Cuckolds, but didn't act in it. Tony McKay was the other faculty member playing one of the older husbands.

That's wonderful that CMU is being honored like this! The fact that CMU has made such an impression on this theater critic really says something about the quality of our shows. Although, I'm kind of confused. I didn't know that teachers sometimes took lead roles instead of giving them to the senior actors and MTs. I wonder why that choice was made with London Cuckolds.
I really wish I'd been here to see that, and Aeschelus' trillogy! From everything I've heard of both, they really were incredible productions.

It always motivates me a lot when I see things like this. It makes me want to be part of the legacy in a way, I'm not really sure if that sounds corny or not. I didn't get to see the Orestia but, I did get to see The London Cuckholds which I loved. It's an honor to see things like thins in the paper.
