In The Mood for Monster Murals? Here's Where to Find Them
Pittsburgh Magazine: If typical Halloween decorations aren’t putting you in a spooky mood, try one of Jeremy Raymer’s murals as a selfie backdrop.
The artist has spray-painted dozens of scenes throughout the city, including numerous monster-themed walls in Lawrenceville, Bloomfield and the Strip District.

I really liked this article! I think it’s a really cute idea, and a great way for an artist to showcase their work to more people. It’s a lovely homage to halloween, and it’s the perfect ambiance for a spooky fall season! Additionally, I also really like the fact that all the murals are in such public places; they’re all really accessible to the public, so that anyone who wants to go see some cool art can find it just by walking around their town. Additionally, I also really appreciated the fact that the article mentioned where, exactly, the murals were, which makes them a lot easier to find for people who aren’t familiar with Pittsburgh (i.e. college students who have only been here for three months). As a whole, I think the idea is a really fun way to get people in the Halloween spirit, and I’ll definitely keep an eye out for murals when I walking around town!
