I love hearing about theme parks, so I'm really surprised I hadn't heard of this one. I had no idea Lionsgate had a theme park like Universal did, and I'm honestly sort of surprised since I can't think of many properties that they own. But like it's mentioned in the article, I guess they own John Wick. It makes sense that there would be a theme park in Dubai I guess, because it's such a massive vacation spot, but they must be hurting right now. The pandemic has been tough on theatrics everywhere, but especially in a place whose economy relies so heavily on tourism. From what this article emphasizes, though, It seems to be more focused on resorts and performances than actual rides though, and who knows, maybe they have world-class theater there, but personally it doesn't seen like something people would be doing in Dubai when they could be playing tennis hundreds of feet in the air.
