Anthony Resch, fka Royal Haunts, and Joshua Orange are instead doing the spooking themselves with their Halloween event, Hauntsville: A Higher Realm.

I think that this article introduced to me a new kind of idea when it comes to Halloween entertainment. What they are are trying to accomplish in some ways seems like a totally new experience. I think their mentality and goals behind it come from an introspective place of inclusion. Though I did have a hard time wrapping my head around the exact organization and activities of the event itself I think that it is something that needs to be experienced firsthand. I’d be interested to know more about the process of their selection of artists to work along side them because it feels as though there isn’t really a defined selection process and it would be interesting to see if that was true or not. What they are doing to be more inclusive is very interesting concept and I was particularly interested in the Ou-rs group and the community work they are doing. It's always interesting to gain some perspective on what is happening in the Pittsburgh area.
