Attack Theater is throwing ‘The Kitchen Sink’ at its 25th season

Pittsburgh Current: While it may be popular Pittsburgh dance troupe Attack Theatre’s milestone 25th Anniversary Season, fans shouldn’t expect the forward-thinking company to go all nostalgic. In fact, for its newest production, The Kitchen Sink, November 15-17 at the New Hazlett Theater, there are only a few select references given to the company’s past.

It is really amazing to see how much theater, dance, opera, and other performing arts venues and activities that happen around Pittsburgh! I never knew there was so much that went on in this city. I haven’t personally been able to see anything outside of the CMU shows but when I have time (haha if I ever have time, we love Susan Tsu basic design projects <3) I would love to go to multiple different places and to see some of the work that goes on in this city. I am not really one for dance, even though I haven’t been to enough performances to make that true judgment, I would love to go see how this troupe performs. I won’t be able to see there current performance of the Kitchen Sink but maybe in the spring if they are performing something I will go out to see what they do. I don’t know how I will fair with watching dance for 90 minutes but I am always up for experiencing new things and discoing new things about performing arts.
