A college education has always been something that people say is necessary to be successful in life. When look at it as an investment, it is a worthy investment because the money you put into college will be re-paid back to you when you are working in a hopefully high paying job. More recently it is being said that on some occasions it is not worth the investment, especially when it is difficult for a graduate to find a job in their field right out of college. Part of this is that the job market is getting tougher. However, the larger part of this change is that college tuition prices have become too high for the investment to be worth it. It has turned into an inflation bubble that will eventually pop. These prices are causing changes to our nation. Less people are going to college and in the end it will have a negative effect on upcoming generations.
