I like the look of this post. There are certain things under "qualifications" that I expect to see for production management positions that this posting doesn't have (such as the capacity to drive a box truck), which I find mildly peculiar. I also find it strange that they don't require a minimum number of years of experience. The biggest red flag in this post is the minimum two year commitment. This indicates to me that this could be a position that people burn out of quickly, and yet the learning curve is so long because it's such a big undertaking.
