Tait Acquires Stage Technologies and Delstar Engineering
PLSN: Tait announced that it has acquired Stage Technologies and Delstar Engineering. The combined company will serve the automation, staging and engineering needs of the live entertainment industry from locations in the U.S., U.K., Belgium, Macau, Hong Kong, mainland China and Australia, offering technologies including eChameleon, Navigator, F:Light, Sculptor toolkit for 3ds Max, plus a comprehensive range of winches and staging solutions for concert touring, theatre, corporate events, film and television and permanent installations.

Tait seems to be on top of the stage construction industry. From what I hear they are HIGH in demand by almost every rock concert tour company. They seem to also have a smaller amount of employees than one would expect. With so much funding and demand, I wonder why they don't have an overload of workers.
