It seems as though as we move forward the cloud based technologies are where we are headed. All of these programs seem to have integration with other programs that we already use. I like the integration with google docs, outlook and dropbox because it eliminates having to go to multiple locations to find different elements of the project, however none of these programs seem to be able to surpass these simple programs and do the jobs that these programs do in a single interface. It would be great to have a single industry standard program set for cloud computing and project management but it seems that that seems to be too much to ask for.
Out of these, I was really drawn to GoPlan. Its interface is significantly less clunky than some of the others, and doesn't seem to try too hard to assist the user in organizing their projects and items of business. Being able to check up on the updates that your team is making in such an easy way would be great for, say, PTM. If you're a job lead, and are in a holding pattern waiting for work to be passed to the floor, you can take a look at who it was that last touched the drawings that you need, and ascertain where slack needs to be picked up, and whether or not other elements are getting closer to completion.
With the time tracking feature, you can also see how much time someone spends on editing a file, which might help promote finer CADing, etc. I would love to use this just to check myself each time I opened a file, and could set time goals for myself and my team to become more efficient.
