Is is such a pleasure to read this article and see that the Pasadena Playhouse is out of its recent rut and successfully back on its feet. This playhouse, besides being the state playhouse of California, is the playhouse I have grown up with since I was an infant and is very near and dear to my heart. I have seen countless plays and musicals at this theater (some fantastic and some slightly less so), and have made everlasting memories there. I have even been fortunate enough to have the privilege of performing on its main stage and getting a tour from its academic outreach coordinator. It is a beautiful theater, with a rich culture and an eventful history, and I am overjoyed to hear of its progress and the success of its most recent season.
