Investigation Continues Into Stagehand’s Fatal Fall On MTV Movie Awards Set

CBS Los Angeles: CAL/OSHA is continuing to investigate the fatal fall of a stagehand on the set of the MTV Movie Awards. Investigators say Jose Lucero, 22, was helping strike the Universal City set when he fell on Wednesday. Amanda Burden, reporting for CBS2 and KCAL9, talked to co-workers and safety officials.
