New Mexico Business Weekly: A group of municipalities, businesses and film industry officials will attend South by Southwest in Austin next week to discuss the advantages of filming in Santa Fe and around New Mexico. SXSW started as a music festival with 700 attendees in 1987. It has grown to a far more comprehensive event that includes film and high-tech companies, with more that 16,000 attendees. It takes place March 9 to 18.
