'Monster in the Hall' has lessons for all
Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "The Monster in the Hall" is not just a play for adults, says City Theatre artistic director Tracy Brigden. Scottish playwright David Greig's musically enhanced comedy centers on the relationship between Duck, a 16-year-old girl who dreams of becoming a writer, and Duke, her severely depressed, half-blind, pizza-eating, heavy-metal-loving father.
