Building virtual worlds at Carnegie Mellon University

Pittsburgh Business Times: Sitting in the Carnegie Library Music Hall — a beautiful venue built at the turn of the LAST century — I was struck by the contrast between the historic proscenium arch dated 1898 with the sensors around the stage that would be used to interact with the screen and computer generated worlds that would be showcased Wednesday evening as part of CMU’s Entertainment Technology Center Building Virtual Worlds.
