Posts like these on Craigslist always make me wary. There's a possibility that it might end up being a great experience, and that poster has a very good grasp on what it takes to mount a production, in fact they may be an industry vet, however, a post on Craig's list doesn't usually inspire confidence and professionalism in me. Usually the terminology used to describe the job posting is evident enough. Maybe I'm being a cynic....
I agree with the previous poster. I would be very wary to take this job for several reasons. One, it is on Craigslist, and you have no idea who is offering it and what company they work for. Two, they do not give any specifics whatsoever. They don't tell you what the job requirements are, what they pay rate is, where it is, when it is, etc. They only say they need a "lighting expert." What is that anyways?
