Disney Theatrical Productions and BECTU Reach Pay Agreement
Stage-directions: "The arrangements provide for a 5% increase on basic rates for 2008-2009, backdated to Aug. 19, 2008. For 2009-10 and 2010-11, basic rates will be increased by 4% or the rate of inflation, whichever is greater at the time."

Yay! I don't know if this is indicative of Disney as a whole, but I would hope that Disney is starting to lose its monomaniacal corporate practices? Probably not. I wish I could go back to the image I used to have of Disney when I was young; of castles and imagination. Ah, growing up and growing disillusioned. : (
