Entertainment Technology Center Press Publishes "Beyond Fun: Serious Games and Media"
Carnegie Mellon University: "Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) Press debuts the publication of 'Beyond Fun: Serious Games and Media' this month. The book features the work of more than 15 international contributors examining how games and media can impact learning."

I really like the fact that someone is finally putting a book out about how video games are capable of being a positive influence. I've been playing video games a long, long time and nothing bothers me more these days then someone claiming that there is no merit to playing video games. I'd be interested in seeing what example games they use in the book.
