Harrasment Video- showing me interesting ways to get fired from work...
randomthoughts: "At my place of employment I had to undergo an online harassment training course. As many people have said to me 'know I know how to harass people.' My take on it is 'Now I know some interesting ways to get fired.'"

This type of training is a direct result of sue-happy America. Everyone is just out to screw someone else out of some money. Sometimes in life you get called names. You cannot like everyone, it goes against the laws of nature. If for whatever reason someone is really trying to attack someone verbally then it's one thing but what I got from it was that it applied to all of the slightest offhand comments. Which is garbage. Grow up America.
I agree with Ryan. This is really ridiculous. It's like no one has a backbone anymore. People are just so uptight. It's like COME ON! you could be working in a country where you have no right to even talk! let alone complain about someone on the internet!
Where I worked this summer we had harassment training the first day. We all laughed at it. According to the training I could sue almost every man in the city of New York for sexual harassment. In fact any man and some women who walked down the street looking anywhere but at their shoes I could have easily sued. Its ridiculous. Everyone knows what harassment is and who is doing it and when. Come on America its called COMMON sense because supposedly everyone has it.
shoot, 'e' is me. sorry.
