Assistant Puppet Builder

I'm very disappointed that this link is no longer active. This job posting sounded so intriguing that, being a stage manager, I wanted to click on it and learn what an assistant puppet builder job would entail. I'm very interested to know which theater produces enough shows with puppetry that they have a resident puppet builder and a puppetry shop. I would be fascinated to see what kind of requirements a person would have to meet in order to become a resident puppet builder or his/her assistant and what kind of suggested traits and/or skills that person would have to possess. It's not something you think about often in theater, since most theater doesn't involve puppets. I imagine a puppet builder would come from the realm of props or carpentry, and would have to posses a lot of the same skills as people in those two positions. Very interesting...
