Goodspeed is one of those otherwise quiet companies located in the Northeast that likely most people in the industry have never heard about. However, they do have a fairly impressive history and originating some impressive shows including Man of La Mancha and Annie. The fact they have such a large and extensive training program is admirable for an organization that isn't that large. They do have a LORT B & D theatre, but likely not the external funding of a theatre in a much larger city. It's important for young artists to have opportunities like these to begin their careers, especially right out of undergrad, so good for them.
