7 Table Saw Jointing Jig Plans: Straight Edge, No Jointer

Not that we do a lot of joinery at CMU, but this sounds like a great addition to DRs 4 day long carpentry stage craft table saw lecture. Who knew you could do so much with a table saw. Sure there are specialized tools for everything under the sun, but more and more you realize that the table saw might be the most versatile tool in the shop. Why spend the money when you can just make a few adjustments to one tool and get just about everything you want. Just need to be a little enterprising, kinda like with everything in theater.
Its great that you don't have to use a new tool to do joinery. It helps keep a shop uncluttered (and cheap) and its pretty darn cool too. Its also super useful to know how to play with your tools so if your in a fix you can do something about it.
