Super Bowl Intellectual Property Insanity: No Big Screen Super Bowl Parties, Trademarking 19-0

Techdirt: "Last year, we had a story that got tremendous attention about the NFL stopping churches from having Super Bowl parties, if they had a TV that was bigger than 55'. There was a lot of fuss about it, and you would think that, perhaps, the NFL would let it slide this year. Not so."

Wow. I guess thats proof that greed can even suck the fun out of football. Where does anyone get off on trademarking an incidence, like a record. I'm going to trademark my grade point average.

Hey New England, the 1972 Miami Dolphins want their number back.

Honestly, if you're that damn greedy, you deserve the lost. New England has been the biggest group of, pardon me, assholes. The organization has NO sportsmanship, and has set such a terrible example it isn't even funny. Pulling out of the Probowl? Cmon. Walking off the field before the game is technically over? Bill's interview after the game?

Go Giants.
