I think this is a really good comprehensive list of tactics to getting stuff done. Many of them seem very idealistic, like they might work in theory but in reality they would never actually work. I also noticed a lot of things I already do, which gives me some confidence. I find getting up an hour or so early really helps me get more work done, although of course this generally does not mean going to bed earlier, just maximizing my productivity because I avoid the diminishing return of working in the post-midnight hours. I also don't think the 10-2 rule is a very good one. I don't think I would ever get anything done that way.
