How Not to Impose Productivity Systems On Others
Lifehack.org: "I did start thinking, though, about other situations where a person can be forced to adopt a productivity system that just flat out doesn’t work for her, and how to maybe work around it. It’s happened to me before, and I certainly didn’t like it."

I agree with this article in that you can't force someone to use an organizational system that they don't want to use. The important part of choosing an organizational system is that the system makes sense to whoever is using it (and that it is effective).
