Real food for Real Talk! - Behind the scenes with catering for the R. Kelly show
Connect Savannah: "During six weeks of up to five shows a week, road chef Jeff Schmehl and his HSG Catering crew will travel over 12,000 miles preparing three meals a day on show days for R. Kelly’s Double Up tour. That’s 80 people for breakfast, 120 people at lunch when the local crew is fed, and 100 meals for dinner."

Most people never think about how a job like that gets done, but it must be really hard. I remember when I went to day sleep away camp when I was younger. The chef had to serve as many people as that from a stationary kitchen and the food left much to be desired. making perfectly cooked noodles for one can be too much for some people, for 100 is unimaginable.
