CNET News.com: "I've always been leery of Microsoft Outlook's autocomplete feature. That's the one that guesses who you want to send the e-mail to by looking at the first few letters you type. It's right most of the time."

I do this all the time. I now have to triple check every e-mail I write because I have Mail set up to search the entire CMU mail server for the name I'm looking for. For instance, if you go to send an e-mail to Dick Block, you need to know if it's under Dick or Richard (it's Richard). You also need to know what the root is (if it's @andrew @aol @pennwoods @dbDoYouReallyReadAllOfThese?)
