it is only fair the writer/directors get a fair share of their productions aired online. It is a huge market these days. Not just the things aired on television but replays online. I never get to watch shows on tv lately and would have to watch streaming videos online at my leisure. And let me tell you i am always spammed with ads popping up left and right.

Well, I'm glad everyone is happy, even if it means waiting for everything to start again next fall. Bleh. Oh well, whatcha gonna do? Hopefully the little issue with the actors thinking about striking will be solved so we don't have to wait ANOTHER year for pushing daisies.

Fortunately, the directors were able to ratify this contract without much dispute, preventing yet another strike. Unfortunately, I cannot tell how good things are looking with the actors. Hopefully the deal made with the writers will steamroll over into a deal with the actors, much like this deal with the directors did for the writers, because if it cannot, then we are probably looking at another strike over the summer, where not just TV, but now the movie business as well might get pretty badly affected.
