Eyeliner Video Projection - Losing Something - 3LD
New York Times: "To the average moviegoer the sight of Eddie Murphy portraying several characters in the same scene is no longer a shock. Such special-effects trickery has become commonplace: a good makeup artist, a few carefully placed cameras, some digital tweaking and presto."

The most shocking part of this is that the digital actor can be manipulated real-time during the show. Pepper's ghost is a very old trick, but the upgrade to this practically invisible screen has to be an improvement over glass. His comment on the symbiosis between science and art is a bit egotistical, but they are making some interesting steps into the performance of the future.
This is revolutionary and this isn't the first place I've seen an article about it. Like Brian said, Pepper's ghost is a really well known and executed trick but it's amazing how things can be redone and made into something completely different and new.
