umm, its a continuity tester and voltage detector... im surprised toolmonger can't design one themselves. thats why it only costs 20$
I love the Cheap-Ass Tools post! I actually have that bag. I bought it in a double pack with a smaller bag. I've been checking this site lately to see if I could find better deals for things I need to get. The site is very informative and gives a lot of helpful feedback about all the different tools and how to use them. Awesome.
