Stage Review: Public's 'Cabaret' robustly tells lively, sad tale

Post Gazette: "The underside of satire can be pathos; the dirty lining of glamour can be sleaze; and decadence can be both delicious and terribly sad."

It sounds like the Public hit a good balance with this show. I'm planning to go see it either this or next weekend. I am curious to see what they did with the design, Rawson only briefly touched on it. I hear the wonderful Sean West is working on that show.
