Judge Lets Family Keep Winnie the Pooh
AOL News: "A federal judge in Los Angeles has rejected an attempt backed by Walt Disney Co. to strip rights to the 'Winnie the Pooh' character from the estate of long-time Pooh licensee Stephen Slesinger, according to court documents made public Friday. "

It is really crazy to think about all the money and resources that go into legal issues like rights and patents.
Sometimes I just can't believe just how some people will go to get money. It really sparks my curiosity though, over why Disney thought the girls had a case to get the rights given to Disney...
