There are so many methods out there right now that "match an employee to the right "employer." This method of letting the employees put in the charecteristics of a job they wants seems somewhat beneficial. This way the person who applies apparently will really want the job. On the other hand, it may be more difficult in some cases for employers to find the right employess.
