Flex Stack Pack Storage System Review

Pro Tool Reviews: The classic stackable tool box system has been around for a long time. Take various box depths with the same length and width, and give them a way to connect the bases and tops. At first glance, that’s what the Flex Stack Pack storage system does. Even at the foundational level, there are worthwhile talking points.

As a simple human as I am, I have a 5 gallon bucket that holds all of my tools I have with me here. And yet, I longingly wait for the day I make enough money to buy one of these incredibly fitted stackable tool box kits. It has some beefy wheels and a rack to hold all of your drill guns too? That's insane and wonderful at the same time. This is like some next level ergonomic product engineering. One of the cooler features of this Flex Stack Pack is that the lids have gas strut lids so you don't have to keep the lid open with your arm awkwardly. This is like way more than I'll ever need for a job soon so the 5 gal will have to do for now. But it's good to know there's a market for people who read reviews on storage box systems out there.

At first glance I looked at this toolbox and thought that it seemed like too much. I usually dislike when my tools take up a lot of space or seem difficult to move; with calls that potentially occur in various buildings in one shift, it can be a pain to keep track of and move tools often. BUT, this system is really interesting! I love that it feels like the needs of the consumer has been anticipated prior to the consumer even thinking of it - like the side pieces which can house your batteries or tool via clip, or the piece that stores the coiled extension cord. While I think that the price is justified for the product, I'm also just not sure if people who require this much tool storage will be willing to abandon their (probably) pre-existing tool storage system for this price.
