I think failure is one of the most important motivators in my life, and I don't think I am the only one. It may sound depressing, but when you think about it, it makes loads of sense. When you are working on a production that has a multitude of people working on it , people who are counting on you, people who you work with every day and do their job correctly, the pressure to not fail is definitely always there, but it is not only the pressure to not fail that is important, it is the drive to learn from the failures you have made. Failing is inevitable, humans are imperfect beings and nobody can do everything at 100% everyday. But the trick to being successful is a not to dwell on one's own mistakes, but to learn from them and apply those lessons to your work. By being humble and accepting your mistakes, people will probably like you better to.
