TAIT Rocks Radio City's Famed Christmas Spectacular with Custom Video Wall and Full Video/Motion Integration

Lighting&Sound America Online - News: For the 2012 production of the famed Radio City Christmas Spectacular, celebrating the 85th anniversary of the Rockettes performing in New York, show producers turned to Tait's rental fleet to produce dynamic, yet sustainable scenic and staging elements. Having worked with Radio City on various shows since 2003, this year's show required Tait to developed a new, custom-made video wall that showcased the show's stunning video content. Tait also provided full video/motion integration that allowed the system to track an image, along with the motion of the screens, to give them the appearance of moving through a continuous video image.

This sounds amazing. Video tracking is a really interesting and compelling visual effect. I would have love to seen these effects and how they actually work. The turntables and lifts also just sound very breathtaking. I have no doubt that these elements add a very exciting layer to the 85th anniversary of the Christmas Spectacular!!
