Point Park now giving Pittsburgh Playhouse relocation star billing

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: A plan to move the Pittsburgh Playhouse from Oakland to Downtown could be on a fast track. Point Park University has now made the relocation of the playhouse to the site of the former Honus Wagner Co. sporting goods store on Forbes Avenue the priority for the next phase of its $244 million academic village initiative. "We have decided to focus right now on the playhouse," university spokeswoman Mary Ellen Solomon said.

After reading this article, I wonder two things (possibly, I was just unclear about these before in general):

Isn't the Pittsburgh Playhouse a building, not a theater company, and therefore they are moving the theater department to a new place, not the playhouse? Which leads to my second question of what is going to happen to the historic Craft Ave playhouse building? I love that they are bringing more theater to Downtown Pittsburgh (and I hope those spaces will be fully used), but there's also a great opportunity here for expansion in the Oakland area. I'd love to hear about that plan as well.
