A Gallery of Wall Coverage

Sign Builder April 2012 Magazine Issue: Today's wallcoverings have expanded beyond the safe, boring floral patterns of grandma's days.  Now you can incorporate high-definition art, imagery, or photography - such as jungle terrain in elementary school classrooms, custom artwork reflecting the seasons in hotel rooms and bedrooms, or fine art paintings in corporate lobbys - into truly creative design patterns that bring rooms and hallways more to life.

This article was actually quite intriquing. While I have known for quite sometime that there are a large number of materials and patterns that can adorn your walls within a workspace or at home, I never knew it was to this extent. I was never one for a flat one color for a wall. Personally, the wall should reflect the personality type or atmosphere you want to have within the space. For example, if you are a outgoing person with a mutlitude of color in your personality, it would benefit you to have that reflect on the walls of your home. However, if you are running a company that is extremely professional, a flat simple design might be a more targeted aesthitic. I can't wait to finally move into a space that is my own and do something amazing on my walls. I have always wanted to design them in a way that reflects the outgoing personality I have and after reading this article, I most definately know there is a lot of options out there.
