Customer Service Nightmares, Now Onstage

NPR: Playwright Lisa Kron mines her own life to create her often-hilarious work. She has written about being the child of a Holocaust survivor, and about her mother's struggles with chronic illness. Her latest play deals with a struggle common to all of us — the agony of computerized customer service.

Customer service is hilarious to me. I recognize that it is not hilarious to everyone, but on this front it is the ultimate example for the cliche, "There are two sides to every story." Being the child of a customer service based travel agent, I saw both sides from a very young age.
I've never worked for a telecommunications company before, but I've spoken to them. And grown frustrated. Then, I worked at a Michael's for about a year. You'd think it'd be harder to be rude face-to-face than it would be on the phone, and for most people, it is. However, many of these customers were the exception to the rule. We couldn't do anything about it, so we learned to laugh at it.
So, yeah, I'd be interested in seeing this (and apparently others are, too!)
