Conan O'Brien to Go On Tour

Backstage: "Conan and the gang are hitting the road.
After weeks of speculation, former 'Tonight Show' host Conan O'Brien announced today that he will headline a 2-month, 30-city tour that will kick off April 12."

What a great way to get back at NBC, which has coined the nickname "never believe your contract" by Jay Leno. Although its unfortunate that Conan is not allowed to be on the silver screen till September, I think its a really great idea for Conan to be touring slash a hilarious way to find a "loophole" in his contract. Also, I think its really great that Conan is not kicking off his tour in metropolitan areas like Los Angeles and New York but in Eugene, Oregon. If this comes to Pittsburgh or NJ, I will def be buying tickets.

I would love to see Conan live, and it's a great way for Conan to kind of stick it to NBC. I just hope the act isn't too focused on bashing NBC, because after a certain point it's just tedious. But I always liked watching Conan on the Late Show, so I'm sure he can deliver a great live performance. It's nice to see that Conan isn't letting NBC's actions hurt his career.
